Dibsline Carriers

Dibsline Carriers reports new US trucking companies from FMCSA's public records, collected every day: new USDOT registrations, operating authority applications and grants, pending authorities with no liability insurance on file, and authorities suspended for an insurance cancellation. You ask for them in plain English in your AI assistant, filtered by state, city, ZIP code, fleet size and whether an email is on file, and every record links to FMCSA's own page for the carrier.

The Carriers page shows live counts. The other connector is Dibsline Permits.

How to add it

  1. Add the connector to your AI assistant by its address. Each assistant has its own steps: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Mistral or any other MCP client.
  2. The first time you use it, your assistant opens Dibsline's sign-in page. Type your email address; Dibsline emails you a 6-digit code; type the code and allow access. No password. One account works for both connectors.
  3. Ask in plain English, for example "New trucking companies registered in Texas this week".

Plans, in one line. Free plan: 10 results a week, no card. Carriers Pro is $79 USD a month, with a 14-day free trial. Prices and what each plan gets

Streamable HTTP. Sign-in by OAuth 2.0 with the emailed code; your assistant registers itself, so there is no client ID to type.

Every tool

Your assistant picks the tool from what you ask. The tools marked "changes something" write to your account; the rest only read.

7 worked examples

Each was run on 31 Oct 2026 on real data; "this week" is 25 to 31 Oct 2026. The counts are what came back that day. Company names, USDOT numbers, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are left out here; in Dibsline you get the full record and its link.

  1. You ask

New trucking companies registered in Texas this week

    What comes back

133 new USDOT registrations in Texas for 25 to 31 Oct 2026, newest first, each with its operation, power units, drivers, the contact details FMCSA publishes and the FMCSA SAFER link. The answer also says FMCSA's registrations are mostly in to 24 Oct, but FMCSA keeps adding some for weeks.

  2. You ask

New registrations this week by state

    What comes back

1,047 across the US for 25 to 31 Oct 2026: Texas 133, Florida 97, California 88, Georgia 56, Pennsylvania 50, and every other state and province with its count. Counts are free on every plan.

  3. You ask

Florida carriers granted operating authority this week

    What comes back

77 companies granted authority for 25 to 31 Oct 2026, the newest on 30 Oct, each with its MC number, the kind of authority, the carrier's details and the SAFER link.

  4. You ask

Pending authorities in Ohio with no insurance on file

    What comes back

819 pending authorities in Ohio, the newest applied on 29 Oct 2026, each with the liability cover required, what is on file, and the carrier's details.

  5. You ask

Carriers suspended this week for an insurance cancellation

    What comes back

462 suspensions for 25 to 31 Oct 2026, the newest on 30 Oct, each with the policy type, the insurer when FMCSA has it on file and the cancellation date, and the note that FMCSA publishes suspensions in batches, not every day.

  6. You ask

Everything on the first carrier from that Texas list

    What comes back

The carrier in full: its profile as FMCSA publishes it, its pending authority (the liability cover required, none on file) and its events (registered, authority applied), with the SAFER link and the as-of time of the data.

  7. You ask

    Everything on USDOT number 99999998

    What comes back

Not found, with what Dibsline does hold: the carriers registered with FMCSA from 8 Sep 2026 on, the authority applications and grants from 8 Sep 2026 on, the suspensions for an insurance cancellation from 31 Jul 2026 on, and every pending authority; and the SAFER link, which shows FMCSA's public record.

The sources, and how fresh the data is

Everything comes from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's public datasets on data.transportation.gov, collected once a day. Every record keeps FMCSA's SAFER link and the as-of time of the dataset it came from. FMCSA publishes most new registrations within 2 days of their date and some for weeks after it, and publishes suspensions in batches, so every answer whose dates reach the newest days says which days are still arriving. The status page shows the newest collection and record of each kind.

Changed by Dibsline: values cleaned, FMCSA's codes written out, and the records joined by USDOT and docket number. Dibsline is not affiliated with FMCSA or the US Department of Transportation.

What Dibsline does not do

  • It never calls, texts or emails anyone in a record, and has no feature to. You contact people yourself, and the Do Not Call, TCPA and CAN-SPAM rules apply to you.
  • It holds no records from before it started collecting: carriers registered from 8 Sep 2026, authority applications and grants from 8 Sep 2026, suspensions for an insurance cancellation from 31 Jul 2026. It keeps what it collects while Dibsline runs.
  • It shows only what FMCSA publishes, as FMCSA publishes it. A carrier with no email or phone on file has none here. Safety ratings, inspections and crash records are not included.
  • It reads nothing from behind a login. When FMCSA publishes late or in batches, Dibsline says so in the answer rather than guessing.
  • It does not sell your details or the records. Every customer on a plan sees the same records.
