During the free trial
Cancel before day 14 ends and you pay nothing.
Monthly plans
Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. No refunds for part of a month.
Yearly plans
The free trial comes first: cancel during it and you pay nothing. Once a yearly payment is taken, you can still get all of it back if you ask within 14 days of the payment date.
How to cancel
- In your AI assistant, ask Dibsline for your billing link. It is also in the answer to "show my Dibsline account".
- Open the link and click the button. It takes you to Stripe's billing page for your account.
- Choose to cancel your plan and confirm. Your Dibsline account then shows the date your plan ends.
If that doesn't work for any reason, email support@dibsline.com from the address you sign in with, and we will cancel it for you within one business day.
When a cancellation takes effect
Your plan keeps working until the end of the trial, month or year you are in, and nothing more is charged. Then your account moves to the Free plan: your sign-in and account stay, and you get 10 free results a week again. Dibsline shows the date your plan ends in your account.
The free trial
Each account gets one 14-day free trial. Stripe takes your card when you start, and charges nothing if you cancel before the trial ends. We email you a reminder before it ends. Forgot to cancel? Email us within 7 days of the first charge, and if you have not used the paid plan since it started, we refund that charge in full.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: no refunds for part of a month after it starts.
- Yearly plans: the free trial comes first, and cancelling during it costs nothing. After a yearly payment is taken, ask within 14 days of the payment date and we refund all of it. After that, the plan runs to the end of its year with no part refund.
- Charged by mistake or twice: always refunded in full.
- How refunds arrive: to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
To ask for a refund, email support@dibsline.com from your account's address.
Changing plans
Switching plans, moving between monthly and yearly, or adding a Permits Pro city happens at once on Stripe's billing page. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of your billing period and shows it before you confirm.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. We can fix a mistake faster than a bank dispute can.
