What counts as a result?
On the Free plan, each permit or carrier Dibsline shows you counts as one. Counts, like "how many pool permits in Austin this week?", are free. Free results start again every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
Can I change my Permits Pro cities?
Add a city any time in billing: it works at once and costs $49 USD a month more. You can swap one chosen city for another once every 7 days. Permits All Cities covers every city.
Can I have Permits and Carriers?
One paid plan per account for now. With a paid plan, your other connector still gets 10 free results a week.
How do I cancel?
Ask Dibsline in your AI assistant for your billing link, open it, and cancel the plan on Stripe's billing page. Your plan keeps working to the end of the time you have paid for. Refunds and cancellations
Who charges my card?
Darth Panda, through Stripe. You pay in US dollars, and your bank may show it as an international purchase.
Do you sell my data or the leads?
No. Dibsline shows public records to its customers and never sells your details. Every customer on a plan sees the same records; being first is up to you. Privacy
