What the words mean
Current. The source was collected in the last 36 hours (each collection runs once a day) and is still publishing.
Newest collection. When Dibsline last read the source and stored what was new. Carriers runs at 13:15 UTC and Permits at 20:15 UTC each day.
Newest record. The date of the newest record Dibsline holds from the source: an issue date for permits, an event date for carriers.
Still arriving. A source publishes a day's records over several days, so the newest days are not whole yet. The line names the last day that is nearly all in; the connectors say the same in their answers.
Notes. A source that has stopped publishing, a list that came back incomplete, or days with far fewer records than usual. Dibsline keeps what it has and says so, rather than guessing.
