What Dibsline collects about you, why, who else sees it, and how to ask us about it.
Last updated 17 Oct 2026
In short
- We need your email address to sign you in. That is most of what we hold about you.
- Stripe holds your card. We never see the full number.
- We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
- Email support@dibsline.com to see, fix or delete what we hold.
Who we are
Dibsline is run by Darth Panda ("we" or "us"). This policy covers dibsline.com, the Dibsline connectors and the emails we send.
What we collect about you
- Your email address, to create your account and send you sign-in codes. Codes are stored scrambled and expire within minutes.
- Your plan and usage: your plan, its status and dates, the cities you chose, and how many results you used each week.
- The searches Dibsline runs for you, such as a city, a trade and dates. We do not receive your conversation with your AI assistant.
- Technical records: the internet address your sign-in came from, used to block repeated sign-in attempts, and short-term service logs.
- Billing details: Stripe collects your card and billing details. We keep Stripe's reference numbers for you and your subscription, and what Stripe tells us about your plan.
- Emails you send us at support@dibsline.com.
People named in public records
Building permits and FMCSA records can name contractors, property owners and carrier officers, with business addresses, phone numbers or email addresses, exactly as the government source publishes them. Dibsline shows these records to its customers with a link to the source and keeps about 30 days of them. If you are named in a record and have a concern, email us: we will tell you where the record comes from and what we can do.
Why we use it
To sign you in, run your plan and its limits, bill you, keep Dibsline secure, answer your emails, and fix and improve Dibsline. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Only the companies that run parts of Dibsline for us, for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: hosting, the database and the support@dibsline.com address.
- Stripe: payments and the billing page.
- Resend: sending sign-in emails.
- Google: the mailbox where support emails arrive.
When you use Dibsline inside an AI assistant such as Claude, your conversation is covered by that assistant's own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Where it is kept
The companies above store and process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
- Your account, while you have it. Ask us and we delete it.
- Billing records, for as long as tax law requires.
- Sign-in codes, minutes. Service logs, up to 30 days.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your information
Email support@dibsline.com from your account's address. We will answer within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Security
Connections to Dibsline are encrypted, sign-in codes are stored scrambled, and only the people who run Dibsline can reach its systems.
Complaints
Email us first and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes and contact
We post any change here with a new date, and email you about changes that matter. Questions: support@dibsline.com
