Add Dibsline to ChatGPT
Dibsline is a custom MCP server. On the ChatGPT plans that allow one, you add it by its address, sign in with an emailed code, and ask in plain English.
Checked on 31 Oct 2026 against OpenAI's own help page, Connecting custom MCP servers in ChatGPT. The plans and steps below are that page's words; if the page has changed since, the page is right and this guide is behind. Dibsline is not affiliated with OpenAI.
Which plans can add it
- "Custom MCP server connections and full MCP support are available for ChatGPT Business and Enterprise/Edu customers on ChatGPT web."
- Pro: "Pro users can connect custom MCP servers with read/fetch permissions." Dibsline's find, get, count and account tools are read tools, so they work there; marking a lead won or lost and saving a search change something, so they may not.
- Plus and Free: OpenAI's page does not mention them, so this guide does not either.
- "Are there geo restrictions? No." Mobile: "web only".
- Business: "Only admins and owners can create and publish plugins for custom MCP servers for a Business workspace." Enterprise/Edu: "Admins and owners can create and test connections to custom MCP servers", and can grant selected members permission with role-based access control.
The addresses to enter
Dibsline Permits
https://mcp.dibsline.com/permits/mcp
Dibsline Carriers
https://mcp.dibsline.com/carriers/mcp
Each is its own server; a ChatGPT plugin connects one. One sign-in works for both.
The steps
- "Go to Plugins."
- "Select the plus button, then select Add custom MCP server."
- "Enter a name and, optionally, a description."
- "Under Connection, enter your server's public HTTPS MCP endpoint URL": one of the two addresses above.
- "Configure authentication for your server." Dibsline uses OAuth and offers the offline_access scope OpenAI's page names, so ChatGPT gets refresh tokens and you are not asked to sign in again every session.
- "Review the risk warning and select the I understand and want to continue checkbox."
- "Select Create as a plugin, then review the discovered tools and metadata."
- "Install the resulting plugin, then start a new conversation. Type @ in the prompt box and select the plugin."
The sign-in: ChatGPT opens Dibsline's page, where you type your email address, then the 6-digit code Dibsline emails you, and allow access. There is no password. Inside ChatGPT, Dibsline shows no prices, trials or checkout links; your plan is managed on dibsline.com.
